Quantity Surveyor
In addition to the Modern Apprenticeship Scheme H T Forrest also operate a training programme for Quantity/Building Surveyors. The programme is open to those who have passed their NVQ level 3 in Joinery or attained their “A” levels whilst working for the company. The 5 year training period consists of day release at The University of Lancashire. The qualification obtained is Bsc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying.
Workplace Mentoring
John Chew, Chief Quantity SurveyorWe currently have 8 trainees employed, all of whom are at various stages of their training.
Each trainee is placed with a Senior Quantity Surveyor where they gain valuable practical experience and achieve an overall grounding in their chosen profession.
Each trainees’ development is closely monitored by our Chief Quantity Surveyor John Chew.
