Contour Homes is a housing association, formed in 2004 as a result of a merger between Portico and Collingwood Housing Associations. Their aim is to provide decent homes for the people of Manchester, Blackburn, Bolton, Liverpool and surrounding areas.
Herbert T Forrest has had a long association with Collingwood and in 2003 we were invited to negotiate for a contract for the refurbishment of bathrooms in a number of estates in Merseyside. These schemes were successfully completed and as a result a further eight projects have been negotiated and all will be completed by April 2005. These further projects, valued at approx £1.5 million, include the renewal of bathrooms and kitchens and the refurbishment of void properties. Further negotiations are in progress to extend the partnership for a further two years.
Throughout all the completed schemes Herbert T Forrest has achieved excellent KPI results and customer satisfaction with product and service has consistently been recorded in excess of 90%.
