We provide a full range of refurbishment, repair and maintenance services to social landlords throughout the North West.

Our company has focussed on the Government’s Best Value initiative and its target for all public sector housing to achieve the “Decent Homes” standard. Through this initiative we have identified the opportunity to deliver our services through long-term collaborative working arrangements with housing providers and we have been successful in securing partnerships with several Local Authorities and RSL’s. We currently refurbish in excess of 11000 homes per annum and our forward order book, with existing partners, extends beyond 2010.

Our company also has considerable experience in other fields and our client list includes local education offices and the Prison Service. For many years we have been undertaking school refurbishment contracts for Lancashire County Council and recently we completed the construction of an award-winning primary school for Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council.
