Time Taken in Property and Scheme

Our company monitors both the time taken in each property and the time taken to complete the total project as two KPI’s. Our clients have indicated that these two KPI’s are important to them in monitoring their stated goals in their customer charters.

Checking customer satisfaction

For our company the gathering of the information necessary to compile these KPI’s provides us with essential management tools. The dates that we enter properties are recorded and the date that the work has been completed is recorded. This finish date is independently verified by our Quality Control Inspectors on their handover inspection with the resident. These figures are reported weekly to a Directors meeting and each sites performance is monitored to ensure company standards and client time requirements are achieved.
